Shiprocket Webhook Integration & Testing Guide
Configure real-time shipment status webhooks in Shiprocket to automatically trigger WhatsApp notifications whenever order tracking status updates.
Webhook Endpoint Specifications
In your Shiprocket account settings, navigate to Settings > Additional Settings > Webhooks and configure the following parameters:
Webhook Target URL:

Auth Token Type Header:x-api-key

- Log into Shiprocket Seller Dashboard (
app.shiprocket.in). - Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Webhooks.
- Turn ON the Webhook Connection ENABLED toggle.
- Paste your unique Softymize Webhook URL into the URL field.
- Select x-api-key from the Auth Token Type dropdown.
- Paste your secret Webhook token into the Token input box.
- Click Save.
Testing Webhook Connection & Live Monitoring
You can instantly verify your webhook connection using two built-in test methods:
Method 1: Shiprocket "Test Webhook" Button
In Shiprocket Webhook settings, click the blue Test Webhook button. Shiprocket will dispatch a test ping to Softymize.
Method 2: Softymize "⚡ Fire Test Webhook"
In Softymize Workspace > App Store > Shiprocket > Live Monitor, click ⚡ Fire Test Webhook to simulate a live shipment status event.
