Softymize API Introduction

The Softymize REST API is an enterprise-grade omnichannel communication and automation engine built to seamlessly connect any Custom D2C Website, E-commerce Store, CRM, or App to WhatsApp Business API, Transactional Email (AWS SES), and real-time Webhook infrastructure.

Core Communication Channels & APIs

WhatsApp Business API

POST /api/v1/whatsapp/send

Send Meta-approved template messages, OTP authentication codes, dynamic parameters, media headers (PDF/Images), and interactive buttons.

Transactional Email API

POST /api/v1/email/send

High-deliverability AWS SES email delivery with custom verified domains, raw HTML or visual template IDs, dynamic variables, and attachments.

Async Queue Engine

All ingested events are processed asynchronously via Redis workers. Zero page load impact on your checkout.

SHA-256 & Domain Lock

API Keys are SHA-256 hashed and locked strictly to your official D2C website origin domain for security.

Universal Business Events

Automate orders, abandoned carts, doctor appointments, hotel bookings, and custom leads via unified JSON payloads.

Base URL

All API requests must be made over HTTPS. Unencrypted HTTP requests are automatically rejected.
